Solar 2002. A zero energy balance house, constructed with materials  that are as much as possible bio-ecological, a house with water collection and own water purification, without any CO2 exhaust.

unique research centre in Flanders with 52 measurement points, among  them : solar radiance, solar    collectors' efficiency, temperature of storage tank (inside and outside) humidity (inside and outside),    water quality, CO2 , relative humidity, heat meters on heat pumps and solar energy collectors   humidity regulating thermal insulation with improved resistance to heat penetration   heat recuperation with high yield 95%, with constant air humidity, CO2-driven    complete water collection up to drinking-water and purification up to clear water, the circle is closed, consumed water is returned as pure water. 'Black water' is purified to pure wate   heat collection as by-product of electricity production, heat is used for pre-heating, heating and for cooling photovoltaic solar panels (solar cells)   automatic nightly cooling with cool outside air  high-yield lighting zero balance for energy per year: as much energy is delivered to the public power network as is taken from it per year. CO2 -neutral:  by all these techniques, we prevent the exhaust of 25 tons of CO2 over a period of 20 years. the used wood comes from nearby harvest, not from clear fell woods materials with an energy content as low as possible in case of house demolition the whole is as easily as possible reabsorbed by the earth.
